• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

• Change of mind, dislike of fragrance, packaging, or personal preference will not be accepted as valid reasons for return.

• All return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

2. Product Condition

• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Items that have been opened, tested, or used in any way will not be eligible for return.

• The product will be inspected before approving any refund or replacement.

4. Shipping Costs

• In case of damaged/incorrect items, PureTib Herbal will bear the shipping charges.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Herbal and personal care products once opened/used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
